We are an EIP - Evidence Informed Practice. This simply means that we use all our professional training, combined with 50+ years of clinical practice and integrated with new Chiropractic treatment methods proven by research. Why should this be important to you? It means that your Chiropractic care will not be just 'cracking' joints. You will be treated with a combined approach with the aim of getting you feeling better, faster.
Traditional Chiropractic care - hands on manipulation (firm, fast, specific movements) or mobilisation (less firm, slower stretching movements) may be used. Taking into consideration many factors such as your pain levels, age and personal preference. There are many techniques we can use. PBM Therapy using our THOR LX2 PBM Therapy machines can help us reduce your pain, inflammation, swelling and help promote tissue repair.
PBM is an invaluable treatment method for those where manual treatment is not appropriate e.g. You may need stretching or strengthening of your muscles to speed up and maintain recovery.

Very clean and welcoming good reception area and large safe car park
Variety of treatment on offer at a reasonable price and a vast amount of knowledge shown on consultation of many problem areas and how to get best treatment
Had several visits on back issue and treated but unfortunately the main issue may require surgery in which they helped talking to my GP
Would recommend this if your male or female as the treatment is 5 star and they do care for the patient and not the money

I went to see Richard before lock down as I was really suffering with my back and the doctors were no help. After just one session he knew exactly what the problem was and after just a few visits I felt so much better. very proffesional staff, clean clinic and the friendly ladies on reception were really helpful too. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Been coming to see Ian for years now. He knows exactly what's wrong from the moment I walk in and puts me right with both my back and my neck when I'm suffering my migraines. He's a good listener and also full of great advice. I can always get in for an appointment . I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend the clinic as Richard is just as good when I've not got in with Ian. Keep up the good work guys
