John Jo is a caring and dedicated husband and father of four.
He was born in Dublin and brought up in Sheffield, and is the eldest of four brothers.
He has always had a strong interest in optimizing the function of the human body, driving him throughout life to develop a deeper understanding through his education and personal experiences leading to a Sports Science Degree and becoming a Personal Trainer.
John Jo was initially introduced to Chiropractic after sustaining a back injury through snowboarding.
He was born in Dublin and brought up in Sheffield, and is the eldest of four brothers.

We are located at the Heart of the Carse of Gowrie in Inchture, which is equidistant between Perth and Dundee.
To make our belief that chiropractic like other health measures is there to be utilised regardless of your level of health a reality, we decided that we needed to be at the centre of our local community.
The heart of the community is always the individuals and families that live there and we want to be there for all, regardless of age or presenting problem.
We firmly believe that societies grow great when we plant trees under whose shade we shall never sit.

About 2 years ago I suffered a disc herniation which was followed by a microdiscectomy op.
Although the op dealt with the severe symptoms I was left with nerve pain that caused a lot of discomfort on a daily basis.
Since my session with John Jo 3 months ago, the nerve pain is 99% gone and I am much more mobile.
