After qualifying at the renowned Anglo European College of Chiropractic in 2009, she practised at a busy clinic in Southampton before establishing her own practice in Shaftesbury.

Sports massage also does not have to be painful, some techniques can be uncomfortable but others rely on your body and mind to be relaxed.
